This "Think Lab" is a signature interior intervention for an employee think tank, using Shou Sugi Ban wallboard and custom box-charred beams to create a warm, contemplative, and highly crafted environment that supports ideation and focused work.
THE DESIGN TRANSLATES DISCIPLINED STRUCTURAL CLARITY INTO INTERIOR LANGUAGE OF LINEAR BAYS, PRECISE JOINERY, AND RESTRAINED MATERIAL CONTRASTS SO THE CHARRED TIMBER READS AS BOTH FINISH AND STRUCTURE WHILE REMAINING ADAPTABLE, DURABLE, AND CODE-COMPLIANT.
